Job offer : Industrial HVAC Maintenance Technician (M/F)
The role
Reporting to the Business Manager or Site Manager, you will ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of Climate Engineering installations (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) on a site or a portfolio of clients.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Carry out preventive maintenance interventions (regulatory visits, checks) and corrective interventions (troubleshooting, diagnostics) on all HVAC equipment (boilers, AHUs, chillers, etc.).
Energy Optimization: Adjust and optimize installations to ensure their performance, user comfort, and reduction of energy consumption.
Reporting & Monitoring: Update the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), write intervention reports, and report needs for improvement work.
Customer Relations: Embody the company's image to clients by advising them on the use and evolution of their installations.
Safety: Apply and strictly enforce safety rules and environmental procedures (notably refrigerant management).
Opportunity to be seized as an interim position for a duration of 6 months minimum and renewable.
The profile we're looking for
Education: You hold a Bac to Bac+2/3 degree specialized in Climate Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or Energy (e.g., Bac Pro TMSEC, BTS FED / Fluids Energies Home Automation).
Key Skills: You possess solid knowledge in electricity, hydraulics, and aeraulics. The certificate of aptitude for handling refrigerants (Category 1) is a real asset.
Experience: A first successful experience in a similar position in mobile maintenance or on a fixed site is highly desired.
Soft Skills: Autonomy, rigor, customer service orientation, and team spirit are essential to succeed in this position.
