Multi-technical Maintenance Technician (M/F)

The role

Ensure the maintenance of multi-technical installations (climate engineering, electricity, plumbing)
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance interventions
Perform repairs and small P5 works. Ensure the proper execution of services as well as the continuity of the installations' operation
Apply, promote, and improve safety measures and principles.

The profile we're looking for

Education & Technical Skills

Diploma: Bac Pro to Bac+2 (BTS/DUT) in electrotechnics, climate engineering (HVAC), industrial or fluid maintenance.

Mandatory certifications: Up-to-date electrical certifications (BR, BC, B2V...) and ideally handling of refrigerants (if managing HVAC equipment).

Know-how

Cross-functional skills in electricity, HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), and plumbing.

Ability to read technical diagrams, quickly diagnose a breakdown, and carry out small renewal/improvement works (P5).

Experience3 to 5 years of minimum experience in a similar position, ideally in a tertiary or industrial environment.

Personal Qualities (Soft Skills)Rigor and autonomy: Ability to manage preventive/corrective interventions independently while ensuring service continuity.

Safety culture: Strict adherence to instructions and the SSE (Health, Safety, Environment) approach.

Service orientation: Good customer relations and team spirit on-site.
