Job offer : Maintenance Technician (M/F)

Your main missions will be as follows

• Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of equipment directly at customer sites to guarantee their proper functioning.

• Perform complex electronic and mechanical diagnostics to quickly identify breakdowns and provide technical support to the team.

• Provide advice and quality service to build customer loyalty and ensure their complete satisfaction.

• Manage the spare parts stock of your workshop truck to optimize the responsiveness of your emergency interventions.

• Write precise intervention reports to ensure rigorous traceability and monitoring of machine history.

• Higher technical training in maintenance, mechanics, or machinery maintenance.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience imperatively acquired on heavy-duty equipment.

Technical skills

• Mastery of electronic diagnostic tools for reading fault codes.

• Solid skills in hydraulics (reading diagrams, pressure control, cylinder or motor replacement).

• Excellent knowledge of electricity and electronics (reading electrical diagrams, voltage/continuity check).

• Mastery of general mechanics related to handling equipment.

• Holder of a valid B driving license required for daily travel.

Behavioral skills

• Strong autonomy and rigor in managing priorities and organization.

• Strong sense of service, customer relations, and pedagogy.

• Active collaboration spirit and ability to work in pairs.

Travel to be expected

• Yes, daily travel in local itinerancy (Le Havre sector).

Proposed conditions

• Remuneration: Annual package of €30,000 to €40,000 gross including bonuses;

• Benefits: Profit-sharing and participation, net meal allowance of €17.85 per day worked, company vehicle, company restaurant, 9 RTT days.
