Job offer : Building Electricity Technician (M/F)

Mandated by the Alsatian leader in the private non-profit hospital sector, the Actual Talent firm is looking for its future Building & Electricity Technician (M/F).

Within a hospital group recognized for its human values and commitment to the well-being of its teams, you will join a team of 5 people under the responsibility of the Technical Manager, on a 30,000 m² site.

Your missions:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform preventive/corrective maintenance on equipment (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, general installations).
• Actively participate in renovation, installation, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Coordinate and monitor the interventions of external service providers on the site.
• Manage daily emergency situations and participate in overall risk prevention procedures on the site.

Your profile:

• Graduated in electrotechnics or building maintenance, you have a first successful experience on a large-scale site (ERP, hospital environment, or health sector).
• High voltage certifications are a real plus! Solid foundations in electrotechnics and reading electrical diagrams.
• Global mastery of the various technical building lots.

Driving license B mandatory as intra-site maintenance may be required with a service vehicle.

• Remuneration: 2200 to 2600 euros gross / month (depending on profile and experience).
• On-call duty 1 week per month (after 6 months of seniority) with additional attractive remuneration.
