Your mission: Lead the 5th team & Develop the activity

Reporting to the agency, you will take charge of the creation and management of our 5th HVAC maintenance team. You will manage a portfolio of operating contracts in the Gironde (33) region with, in the medium term, the prospect of evolving your structure into a dedicated agency.

Your responsibilities are structured around 3 major axes:

1. Management of the 5th team & Unleashing talent

You ensure the recruitment, integration, and support of this new field team.

As a true conductor, you develop the skills of your employees and ensure a stimulating and collaborative work climate.

2. Business development & Customer relations

You manage and develop your client portfolio (tertiary, industry, housing...).

You analyze needs and propose adapted solutions in preventive/curative maintenance (P1, P2, P3) and small works (P5) in the fields of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Electricity.

3. Financial management & Operational steering

You ensure budget monitoring, financial management, and overall profitability of your perimeter.

You guarantee the proper execution of contracts in compliance with labor regulations, safety, and market law.

You provide your expertise in energy management optimization.

The profile we're looking for

Education & Experience:

Technical background (Bac +2 minimum in Climate Engineering / Thermal / Energy), you have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Technical skills: Solid mastery of Climate Engineering and multi-technical maintenance (P1 to P5).

Financial & Management skills:

Mastery of budget monitoring and profitability indicators.

Human skills:

Assertive leadership, strong taste for commerce, customer relations, and team management.
