The role
The Essentials of the Position
Join a recognized family group, a dealer of agricultural equipment and specialist in irrigation. Present in several departments through its local agencies, the group sustainably supports agricultural operators in the integration of new technologies for performance. Attached to the workshop, you will work on highly technical equipment in an environment combining technical demand, service quality, and collaborative work.
Your Main Missions
Maintenance & Diagnostic
Ensure preventive maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of agricultural equipment.
Prepare and refurbish highly technical equipment.
Customer Relations & Advice
Take care of customers and advise them on the use and maintenance of their equipment.
Ensure maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of agricultural equipment. Prepare and refurbish highly technical agricultural equipment. Manage customer relations and provide technical advice. Create quotes and manage technical exchanges with suppliers. Provide technical support for the sale of equipment and spare parts.
The profile we're looking for
Profile Sought
Education: You ideally hold a Bac+2 level qualification in mechanics (agricultural, industrial, maintenance of machinery or technical equipment).
Experience: You have experience in mechanics. Knowledge of the agricultural environment is highly appreciated, as is a strong interest in technical environments.
Soft Skills: You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your keen sense of customer service, and your team spirit. You are rigorous and motivated to develop your skills.
