Electrical maintenance technician (M/F)

The role

Attached to our High Voltage Electrical Maintenance department based in Pessac, you will act as a technical expert on the preventive and corrective maintenance of High and Low Voltage electrical distribution equipment (HTA/HTB/BT).

Your main missions

Technical interventions: Prepare and carry out maintenance interventions (levels 1 to 4) on HT/BT distribution equipment (transformers, cells, TGBT, protection relays, capacitor banks, etc.).

Team management: Lead a team of technicians during operations on client sites.

Expertise & Analysis: Perform injection tests (primary/secondary) and analyze electrical networks/faults.

Reporting & Development: Write intervention reports and provide technical recommendations to participate in commercial development.

Safety & Quality: Apply and enforce safety rules as well as QSE procedures.

The profile we're looking for

Training & Experience: With a technical background in electricity or electrotechnics, you have proven experience (several years) in HTA/HTB electrical distribution.

Technical skills: Absolute mastery of protection relays (ANSI codes, injection tests), multi-brand HT equipment, and NF C13-100 / C13-200 / C15-100 standards.

Soft skills: Rigor, autonomy, versatility, and ability to lead a team in the field.
