Job offer : Food Production Supervisor (M/F)

We are looking for our future Production Controller (M/F), on a CDI contract, for an innovative and expanding food company based in Strasbourg (170 employees). Reporting to the Production Manager, your missions will be as follows

Missions:

• Manage and energize your team (15 operators): Lead and motivate operators, ensure daily training and support.
• Coordinate production: Plan activities and guarantee process fluidity, optimizing performance and achieving set objectives.
• Ensure quality and safety: Ensure compliance with standards and continuous improvement via the ERP.

Remuneration:

• Remuneration: 2400 to 2800 euros gross over 13 months + 166 euros of monthly overtime on average
• Profit-sharing bonus (2400 to 2800 euros / year),
• Cold storage bonus (400 euros / year),
• Individual bonus after 1 year of seniority: 1500 euros / year
• Meal vouchers (860 euros net / year),

• 12 days of RTT, product discounts, dynamic CSE.
• A pleasant working environment: integration and training, private parking, environment conducive to collaboration.
• Working hours in 2x8 shifts (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM; 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM), work on some Saturdays (occasional)

Profile sought:

• Junior or senior profile with experience in team management within an industrial environment
• Knowledge of one of these sectors: food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical
• Leadership, sense of anticipation, rigor, and responsiveness
