The role
Leader Montaigu is recruiting a Welder (M/F) for one of its clients
You will work in the workshop on welding tasks, mainly on metal parts, while respecting plans and technical instructions.
Your missions:
- Perform welding operations on steel (MIG/MAG) according to plans and current standards
- Check the quality of the welds
- You will ensure the welding of large parts.
- Participate in the upkeep and first-level maintenance of welding equipment
- Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure compliance with deadlines and product quality
Additional information:
- Hourly rate: according to profile (Between 12.50 and 13.50€)
- 2x8 shift schedule
- Welding bonus (0.57€/h)
- Schedule: 2x8
- Vacation/year-end bonuses: 0.95€/h
- Transport and restaurant allowance
- Attendance bonus paid every quarter
The profile we're looking for
Profile sought:
- Proven experience in semi-automatic welding (MIG/MAG)
- Good reading of technical plans
- Rigor, autonomy and team spirit
