The role

As part of an operational restructuring and strategic team reinforcement, you will take global leadership of the Supply Chain from the headquarters in Bordeaux.

Reporting directly to the President, you will manage a multi-site organization of about thirty employees and orchestrate all flows, from procurement to final delivery. At the heart of operational transformation and tool optimization (ERP, WMS, TMS), you will provide pragmatic, field-oriented, and performance-driven leadership.

Your main missions/responsibilities will be as follows

  • Define and deploy the Supply Chain strategy in conjunction with the group to control and optimize the total cost per megawatt distributed.

  • Drive and structure the S&OP process to anticipate flows, streamline inventory management, and optimize working capital requirements (WCR).

  • Monitor operational performance and KPIs for all logistics pillars (procurement, maritime freight from Asia, road transport, and warehouses).

  • Manage and support the skills development of your three direct reports (procurement team leader, transport manager, and warehouse manager).

  • Drive the IT deployment of tools (ERP, WMS, and TMS) to automate and secure logistics processes.

  • Conduct regular monitoring of the various logistics platforms to identify bottlenecks and build concrete solutions with the teams.

The profile we're looking for

Experience and Education

  • Higher education (Master's degree) in logistics, supply chain, or equivalent.

  • Proven experience of 6 to 10 years in the global management of a Supply Chain.

  • Ideally from a B2B distribution / technical trading background (electrical equipment, construction...) or from a logistics service provider (3PL) specialized in managing bulky goods.

Technical Skills

  • Complete operational mastery of the three pillars: procurement/WCR management, upstream transport (maritime import Asia) / downstream road transport, and multi-site warehousing.

  • Strong affinity for information systems and ability to interact with ERP and WMS type environments.

  • Intermediate English required for international and group exchanges.

  • Valid B driving license essential.

Behavioral Skills

  • Manager-coach posture capable of reconciling supportive guidance with team structuring.

  • Keen sense of the field, agility, and pragmatism in the face of international supply chain contingencies.

  • Excellent cross-functional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with sales, IT, and management.

Travel to be expected

  • Yes (about one visit per month to logistics platforms with overnight stays).
