Job offer : Sector Manager for Employment Agencies (M/F)

As a Zone Manager (M/F), you do not just supervise figures: you become the conductor of an exciting industrial ecosystem.

Your role is essential to transform strategic orientations into local successes, by providing a clear vision and commercial impetus to niche expertise areas such as maintenance, engineering, or production.

Your missions

• Drive the overall performance of your perimeter (8 agencies) by defining and monitoring revenue and margin objectives to ensure the sustainable profitability of the zone.

• Manage and support agency managers as well as recruitment teams to develop their skills, ensure cohesion, and maintain a high level of engagement.

• Develop partnerships with SMEs, mid-sized companies, and large industrial groups to meet their complex technical and specialized recruitment needs.

• Deploy the group's strategy locally by identifying new growth markets and optimizing the service offer for high-demand professions.

• Animate the network by organizing zone meetings and creating synergies between agencies to pool opportunities and talents.

As an Ambassador (M/F) for the zone, you contribute to the group's image and reputation in the region.

You are an employment professional who enjoys understanding industrial challenges, uniting varied expertise, and leading large-scale projects with an inspiring leadership posture.

Essentials

• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in multi-site management, in the world of temporary work, recruitment, or a similar/related environment.

• Mastery of commercial development techniques and loyalty building for demanding clients.

• Ability to analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and aptitude to implement concrete action plans.

Assets

• Knowledge of or strong interest in the industrial sector.

• Experience in the world of temporary work or recruitment.

• Strong interpersonal intelligence and an ability to anticipate changes in the job market.

Conditions

• Organization: Executive status with a fixed-day contract, based according to your place of residence (western Paris suburbs agencies or offices near Saint-Lazare station).

• Travel: Weekly rhythm in the Île-de-France region and the provinces, with occasional overnight stays to be expected.
