Social Residence Manager (M/F)

The role

Reporting to the Sector Manager, you ensure the smooth daily operation of the social residence, ensure its financial balance, and maintain and optimize the occupancy rate. As the primary point of contact for residents on a daily basis, you manage rental operations and ensure the technical monitoring of the site.

Your main missions

Rental Management & Allocation

Physical/telephone reception, information and guidance for prospects/clients.

Processing housing applications, collecting and verifying supporting documents, entering files into the business software (PIH Immoware), validating and issuing pre-contracts/contracts.

Conducting entry and exit inspections.

Preparing housing assistance files (APL), facilitating housing allocation commissions (CAL), and monitoring relationships with reservation holders.

Issuing and distributing rent receipts, payment notices, and managing resident mail.

Collection & Prevention of arrears

Prevention and handling of arrears, payment reminders, support and advice for vulnerable residents.

Anticipating and managing rental vacancies to maintain an optimal occupancy rate.

Partnerships & Animation

Developing the network of socio-health and institutional actors in the territory.

Technical site management

Issuing purchase orders and work orders to purchasing/production departments.

Declaring and monitoring claims in connection with the dedicated department.

Welcoming external service providers, checking, dating, and approving work.

The profile we're looking for

With a higher education degree (at least Bac +2 in social real estate / rental management), you have at least 2 years of experience in similar functions within the social housing or supported residence sector.

You are recognized for your administrative rigor, your sense of organization, your great interpersonal skills, and your listening ability. Your sense of diplomacy and your analytical/anticipation skills will be essential assets to succeed in this position. Internal training on the business software will be provided.
