We are looking for an experienced Store Manager (M/F) to join our client's team located in Saint-denis (93).

As a Store Manager, you will manage the activity of your point of sale and be responsible for its performance, customer satisfaction, and the management of your team.

YOUR MISSIONS:Develop store activity

Achieve revenue targets.
Guarantee the brand's image and the good condition of the store.
Implement commercial operations and promotions on time.
Develop the store's commercial performance.

Guarantee a quality customer experience

Welcome, advise, and build customer loyalty.
Ensure their satisfaction throughout their shopping journey.
Optimize checkout flow and ensure impeccable service.

Manage store operations

Monitor performance indicators (productivity, inventory, losses).
Ensure compliance with cash register procedures and proper fund management.
Fight against shrinkage and optimize store profitability.

Manage and support your team

Organize daily activity and create schedules.
Supervise, motivate, and develop the skills of employees.
Ensure compliance with procedures, safety rules, and work equipment.
Foster a positive work climate and limit absenteeism.

Job information:

Location: Saint-Denis (93) Probationary period: 3 months, possibly renewable once for a duration of 2 months Working hours: 35h per week on average Contract type: CDI Status: Supervisory staff, Level V Monthly remuneration: 2250 € + 5% paid break (112.45) for a gross salary of 2362.45€. Benefits: performance bonus of up to 400 € depending on store turnover and shrinkage, annual bonus after one year of seniority paid in December.

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought:

BTS in Commerce and/or significant experience in a similar position.
Experience in team management in retail.
Mastery of sales techniques, profit center management, and performance indicators.
Proficiency with computer tools.
