Job offer : Accounting File Manager (M/F)

Within a human-sized team, you will join a team of 7 employees where proximity, team spirit, and quality of advice are at the heart of daily life.

You will work with a varied clientele (BIC, BA, cooperatives) and occupy a key role, combining technical expertise, client relations, and employee support.

A true point of contact for your portfolio, you are at the heart of client relations and collective dynamics.

Your daily life revolves around several missions

• Manage your client portfolio with complete autonomy, under the responsibility of the chartered accountant.
• Supervise and review accounting files, up to the preparation of annual accounts.
• Prepare and check tax returns, ensuring data reliability and compliance with obligations.
• Advise and support your clients in their accounting, tax, and management issues.
• Provide technical support to employees, share your expertise, and contribute to their skills development.
• Organize and plan team work, anticipating deadlines and facilitating coordination.
• Guarantee the quality of files and compliance with deadlines.
• Occasionally travel to client sites, with reimbursement of mileage expenses.

The profile we are looking for

Are you an accounting professional who loves quality work as much as human relations? You should feel right at home if you:

• Have at least 4 years of experience in an accounting firm.
• Master the autonomous management of a client portfolio up to the preparation of tax returns.
• Have already supported, supervised, or managed employees.
• Enjoy client consulting and know how to establish a lasting relationship of trust.
• Love to share your knowledge and help a team progress.
• Demonstrate rigor, organization, and a good sense of priorities.
