Job offer : Logistics Operations Manager (M/F)
The role
You are responsible for the management and smooth operation of logistics operations within the La Boisse platform.
You will lead a team of managers and operators, in compliance with quality, safety, productivity, and deadline objectives.
Your main missions
- Guarantee the smooth operation of the business: Organization, optimization, and anticipation of operations to meet productivity targets.
- Manage teams: Supervise and develop team leaders and their staff, ensure schedule management, performance, and discipline.
- Optimize processes: Identify levers for improving logistics flows and productivity.
- Ensure safety and quality: Compliance with regulations and internal procedures regarding workplace safety.
The Operations Manager will be in charge of dock management, including receiving and shipping activities.
Conditions
✅ Contract type: CDI, executive status- ✅ Remuneration: Between €45,000 and €50,000 annually + performance variable
- ✅ Benefits: Profit-sharing, incentive schemes, health insurance
- ✅ Hours: Day-based contract, safety on-call 1 week out of 8
- ✅ Location: Position based in La Boisse
The profile we're looking for
Your profile
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, with expertise in managing logistics teams and managing flows and stocks.
- Key skills: Stock management, optimization of logistics processes, performance management. Mastery of WMS tools (ideally REFLEX) and Excel.
- Behavioral skills: Leadership, change management, team spirit, analytical capacity, assertiveness, and good communication.
