Job offer : Fleet Sales Manager Multi-site (M/F)
The role
Reporting to the Territory Director, you will develop the commercial activity of the vehicle fleets entrusted to you for a corporate target.
You will support the professional development of your sales teams.
On a daily basis, your role is to
- Manage and grow sales teams: support, skills development, activity monitoring, team meetings, deal tracking.
- Develop business and expand our client portfolio among "corporate" clients in the geographical area entrusted to you.
- Manage the sales activity of products and services.
- Be a driving force in achieving financing activity results.
- Ensure the availability of demonstration vehicles.
- Report on your activity.
The profile we're looking for
As a confirmed automotive sales professional, you have significant experience in B2B prospecting, with experience in managing sales teams in an automotive dealership.
You are recognized for your leadership, your curiosity, your ability to unite, and you are persuasive.
You must have knowledge of the economic fabric of the assigned geographical sector and a strong involvement in local life.
You are also recognized for your organizational skills, your rigor, and a strong culture of results.
You benefit from a fixed remuneration of 48KE gross annual + variable (package between 60KE and 80KE annual).
