Job offer : Body Shop Manager (M/F)

Actual Talent Metz is looking for its client, one of the national leaders in light vehicle bodywork, for a Body Shop Manager (M/F) in a workshop in Besançon (25). This position is to be filled on a CDI basis as part of the site's development.

Contract Information:

• Location: Besançon (25)
• Contract: CDI (in workshop)
• Salary: According to profile, up to €3,600 gross monthly

As part of this position, here are the missions that will be entrusted to you:

• Manage bodywork/painting activity within a multi-brand environment.
• Manage, support, develop teams and organize production schedules.
• Monitor key indicators (turnover, margin, productivity, yield, deadlines, customer satisfaction).
• Guarantee the quality of repairs, compliance with methods and safety/environmental procedures of the Group.
• Develop relationships with insurance companies, experts, fleets, and business providers.
• Supervise quotes, handling, administrative files, as well as the optimization of purchases and stocks of consumables.

Profile Sought:

• You hold a training in the automotive field of at least Bac +2 level, or you justify a first successful experience in management/supervision in bodywork.
• You must imperatively possess a B license.
• You are recognized for your seriousness, your rigor, your leadership, and your taste for teamwork.
