We are looking for a Logistics and Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Saint-Malo (35400). Under the responsibility of the Drive Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage and lead a team of approximately 35 employees. Your main mission will be to ensure the operational management of the Drive activity in collaboration with the Manager.

You will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and monitoring daily activity to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. You will participate in schedule management, performance monitoring, and organizational optimization.

Profile sought: You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position and master the fundamentals of team management. You have solid skills in human and financial management, and you demonstrate leadership, rigor, and autonomy.

Working conditions: You will benefit from a CDI, with a working time of 40.50 hours per week and 6 days of RTT per year. Remuneration starts from 14.00 € gross/hour, negotiable according to your profile and experience. You will enjoy an annual remuneration equivalent to 15 months of salary, including annual conventional bonus, profit-sharing, participation, and gratification bonus.
