Under the responsibility of the Drive Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage and lead a team of approximately 35 employees. Your main mission will be to ensure the operational management of the Drive activity in collaboration with the Manager. You will be responsible for **organizing, coordinating, and monitoring daily activity** to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. You will participate in schedule management, performance monitoring, and organizational optimization. **Profile sought:** You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position and master the fundamentals of team management. You have solid skills in human and financial management, and you demonstrate leadership, rigor, and autonomy. **Working conditions:** You will benefit from a **CDI**, with a working time of 40.50 hours per week and 6 days of RTT per year. Remuneration starts from **14.00 € gross/hour**, negotiable according to your profile and experience.
