The role

Your daily tasks

Picking goods: Navigate the warehouse on foot using an onboard terminal (handheld/RF scanner or voice picking) to pick the indicated items.
Conditioning & Packaging: Put products in boxes, ensure bracing, sealing, and labeling of packages according to client standards.
Quality control: Verify the compliance of the picked references, the condition of the goods, and the accuracy of the quantities.
Palletizing: Assemble pallets in a stable and secure manner, then proceed to wrap them before transport to the shipping area.
Safety & Organization: Respect internal traffic rules, wear your protective equipment, and keep the work area clean.

Conditions & Benefits

Schedule: 2x8 rotating shift (morning / afternoon)
Remuneration: Gross hourly rate 12.31€ + surcharges (night/overtime hours if applicable) + performance bonus based on productivity.

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought

Experience: Beginners accepted with training provided upon arrival. Previous experience in a logistics warehouse or retail is an asset.
Qualities: Rigor, method, attention to detail, punctuality, and good team spirit.
Physical aptitude: Prolonged standing, significant daily walking, and regular lifting of loads.
Certifications: No CACES required for this position (100% pedestrian activity)
