The role

We are looking for order pickers (M/F) to carry out the following tasks

Receiving products in a rack
Picking, pallet assembly
Checking the availability of orders in compliance with deadlines and company procedures.
Using a PAD

The position is located in Mortagne-sur-Sèvre (85290) and involves manual handling and lifting of loads.

Hours: Morning shift or Afternoon shift depending on the team joined, from Monday to Saturday with one day off during the week.

Position to be filled from September on a long-term basis. Full-time (35 hours/week).

Remuneration and benefits

Hourly rate according to the company's pay scale
IFM (end-of-assignment bonus) = 10% of total gross remuneration
ICCP (paid leave compensation) = 10% of gross remuneration (including IFM)

The profile we're looking for

The ideal profile must possess the following skills

be serious, rigorous, dynamic and enjoy teamwork. Good use of computer tools (PAD)
The candidate must demonstrate an excellent ability to collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
Particular attention to detail is essential to ensure the correct preparation of orders.
The candidate must show flexibility and be able to adapt quickly to variations in workload.
Mastery of the use of the manual pallet truck is essential to ensure safety when moving goods.
