The role

ERGALIS GD, temporary work expert in the retail and food service sectors, is recruiting for one of its clients a Fishmonger (M/F) for a temporary assignment in the Frouard area.

Your main tasks:

Sort, prepare, and cut fish with precision and expertise.
Ensure the setup and tidying of the workstation in compliance with hygiene rules.
Advise, inform, and build customer loyalty with impeccable service.
Manage product storage while ensuring compliance with conservation standards.
Boost the department by offering prepared products based on varied recipes.

The profile we're looking for

The ideal candidate must demonstrate:

Required experience: significant experience as a fishmonger is mandatory.
Skills: perfect mastery of fish cutting and preparation techniques.
Qualities: rigor, attention to detail, and passion for seafood products.
Abilities: interpersonal skills, team spirit, and stress management in a dynamic environment.
