Job offer : Plastic injection mold setter (M/F)

Join a dynamic team in Hautot-sur-Mer as a Plastic injection mold setter (M/F) for an 18-month full-time contract (35 hours per week).

Your mission: You will be at the heart of production activity by ensuring the assembly and disassembly of molds on injection presses. Your technical expertise will be essential for adjusting injection parameters (temperatures, pressures, speeds) and peripherals (robots, thermoregulators, dryers) to ensure high-quality production.

Your main responsibilities

Preparation: You will prepare the tools necessary for series changes, handle molds safely, and ensure equipment is in good condition.

Adjustment and fine-tuning: You will perform tests, optimize settings to ensure process stability and part repeatability, while managing raw material supply.

Production: You will manage the start-up of production cycles, perform visual and dimensional checks essential for the conformity of manufactured parts, in strict compliance with safety and productivity rules.

To excel as a Plastic injection mold setter (M/F), we are looking for a dynamic person with significant professional experience of 1 to 2 years in the industrial sector.
