The role

Technical Reference & Support

Provide high-level technical assistance to operations teams (diagnostics, complex or recurring breakdowns). Act as the business reference person within your scope for P1, remote management, regulation, automation, and IoT. Support project managers and supervisors on loss-making or technically challenging projects.

Commissioning & Adjustments

Validate the proper functioning of installations and perform all adjustments (hydraulics, air handling, etc.). Carry out measurements and functional tests (temperature, humidity, electricity) on the installations.

Control, Monitoring & QSE

Draft technical test documents and non-conformity reports. Ensure compliance with regulations and apply Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) procedures.

Transmission & Customer Relations

Accompany and train technicians in the field to pass on your know-how. Act as a privileged technical contact in customer relations.

Optimization

Proactively propose areas for improvement (technical, organizational, energy performance).

Mobility: Travel required (Driver's license B mandatory).

The profile we're looking for

Education: Bac +2 to Bac +3 specialized in Climate Engineering / HVAC.

Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven experience in commissioning HVAC installations (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning).

Technical skills: Multidisciplinary mastery: thermal, air conditioning, electricity, electrotechnics, air handling, hydraulics, automation, and regulations. Excellent command of supervision tools (BMS, remote management) and computer tools.

Ability to analyze study documents, test books, and qualification procedures.

Soft skills: Autonomy, rigor, and taste for field work. Pedagogy and ease in transmitting your expertise. Team spirit, adaptability, and good customer relationship skills.
