Job offer : Property Insurance Manager (M/F)

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will take the lead of a division composed of 10 employees specializing in property insurance for professionals. Your missions will consist of:

• Providing proximity management for the teams
• Developing and retaining members of the division dedicated to Associations, Local Authorities, and SMEs, and ensuring quality customer service
• Supporting and strengthening the skills of employees
• Ensuring change management and being a source of meaning
• Driving performance management and strengthening the culture of results

With a commercial or Banking/Insurance background, you have at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial management, in the field of insurance/financial solutions. You have a perfect command of P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance and you mainly address a professional clientele.

You are able to evolve in a rapidly changing environment and instill change management within the teams

As a leader, you have a strong aptitude for knowledge transfer and skills development of employees. As a true salesperson, you lead teams towards performance and provide them with meaning.

Finally, you have excellent interpersonal skills, advocating proximity management, active listening, and collective performance.

Salary offered: Between 48-58K€ in fixed annual base (depending on profile)
