Job offer : CMMS Leader Maintenance Technician (M/F)

The Company

Join a human-sized agri-food production site based in Brazey / near Saint-Usage (21). You will evolve within a local structure while benefiting from the solidity of a large national and international group. This position is to be filled due to a retirement.

The Position and your Missions

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will occupy a hybrid and central position, combining field expertise and IT project management. In strict compliance with hygiene, safety, environmental (QSEE), and Food Defense standards, your missions are divided into two areas:

CMMS Leader & Methods (Project Management) component:

• List, structure, and integrate the spare parts stock into our CMMS software.

• Create preventive maintenance ranges for new equipment (especially on U1 devices).

• Manage small continuous improvement projects related to maintenance.

• Be a driving force and ensure knowledge sharing with the rest of the team.

Field Interventions component:

• Carry out curative and preventive maintenance interventions on the entire fleet (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic).

• Diagnose breakdowns, analyze root causes, and implement lasting solutions.

• Ensure technical monitoring in synergy with other team members.

• Report malfunctions and actively participate in the site's energy saving and environmental preservation policy.

Working Conditions and Remuneration

Contract: CDI.

Hours: 35h per week, day work.

Work-life balance: No on-call duty for this position.

Base salary: Between €2,450 and €2,600 gross / month over 13 months (depending on profile and experience).

Your Profile:

• Education: You hold a diploma in industrial maintenance (e.g., BTS MAI, MSMA, or equivalent).

• Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment (apprenticeships are taken into account).

• Technical expertise: You possess solid skills in electromechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. You are very comfortable with IT tools and ideally master a CMMS software. Knowledge of project management is a strong asset.
