Job offer : Biomedical Department Manager Engineer (M/F)

Presentation: We are looking for our client, a leading healthcare facility, for a Biomedical Engineer as Head of the Biomedical Department (M/F). Reporting to the Purchasing and Economic Services Department, you will manage the biomedical department and ensure the performance, safety, and optimization of the medical equipment fleet.

Your missions

• Manage and lead a team of 16 employees: engineers, technicians, and specialized staff.
• Define the department's strategy and manage its activity.
• Deploy an effective maintenance policy, ensure equipment availability, and optimize costs.
• Supervise the management of the biomedical fleet, the CMMS, and budget monitoring.
• Advise the Management and medical teams on investment projects and equipment selection.
• Manage acquisition and installation projects in coordination with internal teams and buyers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, public procurement, and quality procedures.

Your profile

• Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree in biomedical engineering.
• Significant experience in managing a biomedical department, ideally in a healthcare facility.
• Solid technical, regulatory, and medical equipment maintenance management knowledge.
• Proficiency in project management, budget control, and CMMS tools.
• Leadership, rigor, sense of organization, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Driving license B required.

Job conditions

• Remuneration based on profile and experience.
