Job offer : Asbestos Removal/Demolition Project Manager (M/F)
The role
To support its strong growth, ACCEO is strengthening its teams and is looking for its future: Asbestos Removal/Demolition Project Manager (M/F) for its agency located in Reims.
Reporting to the technical management of the Asbestos division, you will assist the agency's technical manager in steering and managing project management missions in the field of deconstruction/demolition and asbestos removal:
-You will support project managers in carrying out their missions (audit visits, technical steering, support in client relations, ...)
-You will participate yourself in carrying out project management missions in the field of deconstruction/demolition and asbestos removal, with project management assistance missions (audit visits, critical analysis of survey reports, documentation and technical plans.)
-You will carry out technical-financial estimates according to the various scenarios envisaged by the project owner.
-You will prepare consultation files and monitor the consultation procedure (CCTP, DPGF, DQE/BPU,...)
-You will ensure site monitoring (visits, meetings, drafting of reports, administrative and financial monitoring...)
The profile we're looking for
With a minimum of a 3-year degree (Bac +3) in Civil Engineering, you have at least 7 years of successful experience in the field of asbestos removal and deconstruction.
SS3 and SS4 certifications are required.
