Job offer : HVAC Project Manager Engineer (M/F)

Your missions & responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Management team, you will intervene in the design phase on residential and tertiary projects (offices, education, ERP) representing work amounts of 5 to 15 M€ excl. tax.

1. HVAC / PLB Technical Design

Ensure the realization of studies and technical notes necessary for the design of energy-efficient installations.

Draft written documents (CCTP, specifications, calculation notes).

Design plans, diagrams, and nomenclatures via AutoCAD and perform 3D BIM modeling under REVIT (FISA HVAC module).

Perform quantitative surveying and costing of installations.

Communicate with project ownership, co-contractors, and system manufacturers.

2. Project Steering & Team Management

Supervision of a team of 2 to 3 people (study managers and account managers)

Organization and monitoring of schedules.

Costing of fees and monitoring of invoicing.

Proofreading of written documents, technical support, and decision-making aid.

Providing an overall vision and proposing areas for environmental improvement.

Profile sought

Education & Experience

Education: Master's / Engineering degree specialized in Climate Engineering, Energy, or Fluids.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in similar functions in a design office.

Technical skills

Mandatory mastery of climate engineering concepts.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT MEP (FISA) software.

Appreciated skills: Solid notions in project management, planning, and team management.

Mastery of thermal and environmental regulations.

Notions in CFO/CFa and sensitivity to new tools (AI applied to engineering).

Soft skills: Rigor, autonomy, synthesis capacity, and interpersonal skills (multidisciplinary team work).
