Job offer : Itinerant Technical Manager (M/F)

Your main missions

• Organization and coordination: Plan and supervise preventive and curative maintenance interventions on the real estate portfolio.
• Budgetary and administrative management: Rigorously manage and monitor maintenance markets and service provider contracts.
• Site monitoring: Supervise ongoing work in the residences and ensure compliance with deadlines and quality.
• Portfolio development: Support the commissioning and delivery of new residences.
• Analysis and monitoring: Provide regular reporting on technical activity and propose optimization areas.
• Front Office and Partnerships: Maintain an excellent client relationship and represent the structure externally to various partners (schools, universities, social landlords, local authorities, town halls).

With a Bac+2 degree in technical fields, building or property maintenance, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in the social housing or accommodation sector.

You possess excellent knowledge of building techniques and heritage maintenance. Autonomous, reactive, and rigorous, you demonstrate a strong analytical capacity, proven aptitude for negotiation, and good command of figures. Proactive, you are capable of providing solutions adapted to the specificities of the field.

You master common office tools.

A B driving license is required for this position requiring frequent travel.Benefits & Conditions

• Location and start: Position attached to Vincennes (94), to be filled in CDI as soon as possible.
• Remuneration: Between 39 k€ and 42 k€ gross annual (depending on experience) + 13th month.
• Working time: Executive status with day-based contract (210 days worked / 18 RTT rest days) with Time Savings Account (CET).
