Technical Manager (M/F)

The role

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will manage and control maintenance work in the sector for which you are responsible. You are the guarantor of the proper functioning of residence equipment, the safety of property and people, as well as compliance with standards (notably fire safety). As a key technical contact both internally and externally, you ensure compliance with budgets and procedures.

Your main missions

Technical Management & Maintenance of the park: Carry out regular inspection visits in your perimeter, manage preventive/curative maintenance and ensure the maintenance of common areas and equipment in good condition.

Refurbishment of housing: Ensure the refurbishment of vacant housing before re-letting within the allotted time.

Monitoring of service providers & Contracts: Organize and supervise repairs, manage maintenance contracts (multiservices), request quotes, draft company consultations in connection with the Purchasing department, and validate work orders (BT).

Compliance & Safety: Check the proper maintenance of safety registers and monitor compliance work (electricity, gas, fire, elevators, legionella prevention, etc.).

Claims & Complaints: Process and monitor technical complaints from residents as well as the follow-up of claims.

Budget management: Respect the budget allocated to your sector.

The profile we're looking for

With a higher education degree (Bac +2 minimum, such as BTS in Real Estate Professions or professional license), you have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles.

You master the general rules of real estate law and technical/building regulations (knowledge of fire safety regulations is a plus). Organized, autonomous, and dynamic, you are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your ability to negotiate with service providers, and your taste for teamwork. You master the use of the Office Pack (Word, Excel).

A B driving license is essential to ensure frequent travel within the perimeter.
