Job offer : HVAC Team Leader (M/F)

On behalf of our client, a company recognized for its expertise in climate and thermal engineering, our recruitment firm is looking for an HVAC Team Leader (M/F).

Lead and organize the work of a team of technicians/installers in the field.

Carry out and supervise the installation, connection, and commissioning of HVAC equipment (commercial and/or industrial).

Coordinate interventions with other trades, manage material supplies, and participate in site meetings.

Ensure compliance with safety standards (PPE, procedures) and check the conformity of the work performed.

Education equivalent to CAP to BTS in Climate Engineering / HVAC.

Successful experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar position.

Solid technical skills in hydraulics, air handling, and regulation.

A natural leader, you demonstrate rigor, organization, and good interpersonal skills.

Driving license B required.
