Mobile Proximity Manager (M/F)

The role

Attached to the Proximity Department, you ensure the proximity management of a set of residences over an extended geographical area that can include up to 500 housing units. You intervene mainly in the context of temporary replacements linked to long absences, vacant positions, or exceptional situations requiring operational reinforcement in the 78/92 sectors.

Your main missions

Maintenance & Technical Monitoring: Ensure the proper maintenance of residences, identify technical malfunctions, control the services of intervening companies, ensure the monitoring of work, and implement necessary protective measures.

Housing Management & Vacancy: Carry out housing visits as well as incoming and outgoing inventory of fixtures.

Projects & Claims: Participate in the management of claims, rehabilitations, and residence deliveries.

Tenant Relations & Residential Life: Manage complaints and ensure their follow-up via the dedicated tool, inform and support tenants in their administrative and rental procedures, contribute to the quality of residential life, and regulate neighborhood situations.

Tutoring: Support, according to needs, new employees as part of tutoring missions.

The profile we're looking for

With a Bac or equivalent training (or real estate / social housing sector), you have significant experience in rental management or real estate maintenance. You must imperatively master the IKOS business software as well as the Office Pack.

Autonomous, reactive, and organized, you demonstrate rigor and an excellent capacity for adaptability to intervene effectively in different sectors. Your sense of service, your listening skills, your pedagogy, and your diplomacy allow you to effectively support tenants and manage sensitive situations on the ground serenely.

The B license is mandatory to ensure travel throughout the attached perimeter.

Benefits & Conditions

Remuneration: between €30,000 and €35,000 gross annual according to profile and experience
Monthly bonus of €350 / month
Service vehicle provided
Equipment provided (computer, mobile phone)

Working time & Itinerancy

Full time (35h/week, Monday to Friday)
Frequent travel throughout the 78 and 92 sectors B license mandatory
