Job offer : Transport Operator (M/F)

Your missions

• Organize and coordinate transport routes from the site, in accordance with the established transport plan.
• Plan and optimize human resources (drivers) and material resources (vehicles) to ensure the smooth running of operations.
• Control and optimize transport costs while ensuring service quality.
• Adapt the organization of routes daily to guarantee the shipment of all goods and achieve a zero-stock target.
• Perform quality checks on loads through random verifications and tallies.
• Ensure compliance with current transport regulations and social legislation.

Your profile

• You hold a 2-year higher education degree in transport and logistics (BTS, DUT or equivalent diploma).
• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in transport operations.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and customers.
• You are proficient in office tools (Excel, Word) as well as transport management software (TMS).
• You have solid knowledge of the regulations applicable to road transport.
• Rigorous, responsive, and organized, you know how to manage priorities and deal with unforeseen events.
