The role
Within the workshop, you will hold the position of packaging fish and semi-finished products. You will carry out calibration/sorting operations of the fish according to daily arrivals. You will respect packaging procedures and production rates.
You have experience using a knife.
You will be asked as a secondary assignment to acquire versatility in other positions such as trimming salmon, cutting monkfish cheeks, and tray packing.
Work in a cold, damp environment, morning hours.
