Industrial Electromechanic (M/F)

The role

As part of a replacement for a retirement, we are looking for an industrial electromechanic (M/F) to join a dynamic and experienced maintenance team. The position is based near Les Riceys.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, and integrated into a dynamic and close-knit team of 5 people, you will work on all site equipment in compliance with safety and hygiene rules.

Missions:

Perform curative, preventive, and predictive maintenance interventions on installations
Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the preventive maintenance plan
Diagnose breakdowns, analyze the causes of malfunctions, and propose sustainable solutions
Ensure the proper execution of maintenance work within the allotted time
Technically follow up on interventions in connection with other team members
Contribute to the reliability and performance of the equipment

Other information:

Day work, 35h / week
Hours: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM, except Friday 3:00 PM
1 week of on-call duty per month
Salary: 2200 to 2350 euros gross over 13 months, depending on profile and experience
On-call bonus: 216 euros / month
Profit-sharing (200 to 300 euros / year)

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought:

BTS MAI or equivalent training in industrial maintenance
First experience of at least 2 years in an industrial environment (work-study included)
Solid skills in electricity and mechanics, work at height
Rigor, method, good communication skills, and team spirit
Ability to prioritize and work independently on technical interventions
