Job offer : Construction Economist (M/F)
The role
Your main missions
Reporting to the firm, you will be involved at every stage of the project (studies & realization)
- Budget management: Manage cost control and rigorous monitoring of budget envelopes.
- Technical writing: Draft CCTP TCE notices (excluding fluid lots) and establish DPGFs.
- Offer analysis: Perform financial and technical analysis of offers (ACT phase).
- Evolution: Actively contribute to the development and cohesion of the firm.
The profile we're looking for
Profile sought
Skills & Know-how
Education: Graduate in construction economics (BTS EEC / MEC, Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar position.
Tools: Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of ATTIC+ software is a plus (internal training provided if needed).
Assets: Excellent writing skills.
Human qualities: Rigor, method, organization and team spirit. Enthusiasm, positive attitude and sensitivity to environmental issues.
Conditions & Benefits
Contract type: CDI 35h (Monday to Friday).
Location: Paris 12th.
Remuneration: According to profile and experience.
