The role
Your Missions
Team management and supervision: You will be responsible for leading a team of 5 people, ensuring good work organization, continuous training, and performance monitoring.
Advice and customer relations: You are the guarantor of quality service and personalized advice in terms of health, well-being, and beauty. You will also develop actions to promote revenue growth by highlighting products and promotions.
Stock and supply management: You will ensure proper stock management, product replenishment, and the setup of seasonal products, while respecting hygiene and safety rules.
Administrative monitoring and compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring product compliance, traceability, and adherence to expiration dates, while providing regular reporting of results.

Education:
Doctor of Pharmacy degree mandatory
Skills
- Team management (previous experience is a plus, but training is provided)
- Sense of customer service and advice in health, well-being, and beauty
- Rigor and organization
- Good stress management and quick decision-making

- Adaptability and responsiveness to market changes and customer needs
- Strong professional ethics and empathy towards customers
Working conditions
Contract type: CDI (permanent contract), executive status- Remuneration: Attractive over 13 months, with performance-based bonuses
