The role

Are you passionate about technology and the construction sector? Actual is looking for one of its clients for a Draftsperson/Surveyor (M/F) to strengthen its design office based in Lamballe.

Integrated into a dynamic team, you play a key role in the design, sizing, and costing of agricultural buildings with wood or metal frames. In close collaboration with the sales team, you work on the various stages of a file, from creating plans to measurements and cost estimates.

Your profile

You hold at least a two-year degree (Bac+2) or have significant professional experience in the field. You are proficient in CAD software and, ideally, frame sizing software (such as MDBAT, Melody). Your rigor, autonomy, and team spirit will be your best assets for success.
