Electrical Repair Technician (M/F)

The role

Under the responsibility of an Assistant Account Manager, you will work as a true professional on electrical system repairs. Within our Repair department (24/7), you will work on high and low voltage currents. As a guarantor of customer satisfaction, you will perform:

Diagnosis & Intervention

Methodically analyze electrical malfunctions and breakdowns in high and low voltage currents.
Prepare on-the-spot quotes directly for the customer.
Resolve breakdowns independently or request internal technical support if necessary.

Customer relations & Administrative follow-up

Explain the intervention performed in an educational manner and advise the customer on the maintenance of their installations.
Draft and have the intervention report signed on-site.
Report to the Repair Manager or the Assistant Account Manager for the closing of files.

Safety & Organization

Ensure on-call duties according to the agency's schedule. Strictly respect all safety and electrical prevention instructions.

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought

Education: Graduate in Electrical Engineering or experienced autodidact.

Experience: Successful experience in mobile electrical repair.

Skills: Autonomy, interpersonal skills, responsiveness, and ability to adapt to various emergency situations.
