Job description

Reporting to the team leader, the 3D inspector (M/F) ensures the inspection of parts coming off the production line using coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Their role is to raise alerts in case of issues and to issue waivers to the client when necessary.

Mission description

On a daily basis and after a training period, your main tasks will be

Prepare and carry out inspection operations

Perform inspection on parts coming off the production line
Analyze inspection results via post-processing software
Approve or reject parts in the production tracking software
Alert relevant departments in case of drift or non-conformity
Prepare CMMs (calibration, alignment, first-level maintenance)
Ensure the accuracy of results by performing potential counter-measurements
Fill out manufacturing tracking documents

Know how to analyze results

Comply with quality procedures in case of observed non-conformity
Send an email with a non-conformity report (equivalent to 5W2H)
Interpret, report, and utilize measurement results

The profile we're looking for

What we will like about you is your technical training in the field of mechanics as well as at least one year of experience as a qualified precision mechanics inspector. You master plan reading and geometric tolerances.

Working conditions

Permanent contract (CDI)
39h, daytime from Monday to Friday
Salary: according to profile
Meal vouchers (9.50€ with 60% coverage)
Holiday bonus, seniority bonus from 2 years, profit-sharing and incentive agreements
