Job offer : Industrial Project Supply Chain Coordinator (M/F)

Actual Talent is looking for an Industrial Project Supply Chain Coordinator (M/F) to support one of its clients in managing and securing its industrial flows.

At the heart of the projects, you play a key role in coordinating the various departments to ensure parts availability, adherence to deadlines, and the successful completion of shipments.

Your missions

As a true interface between project, purchasing, procurement, production, quality, and transport teams, you will be involved throughout the entire implementation cycle:

Planning and anticipation: ensuring the reliability of parts requirement forecasts, participating in portfolio reviews, and monitoring project schedules.

Procurement coordination: tracking purchase requests, identifying delay risks, anticipating critical shortages, and contributing to their resolution.

Production monitoring: coordinating kit availability, managing priorities with planning teams, and securing deadlines.

Logistics and shipments: organizing transfers and packaging with the relevant teams, then tracking shipments until contractual commitments are met.

Handling contingencies: coordinating corrective actions, supporting the processing of technical modifications, and contributing to the resolution of blocking situations.

Quality and project coordination: securing dates for factory acceptance tests (FAT) and ensuring the smooth flow of information between departments.

You have significant experience in industrial Supply Chain, project coordination, planning, or production flow management.

You are comfortable in a demanding industrial environment, involving numerous stakeholders and significant deadline constraints.

Your assets

Good understanding of industrial processes and the supply chain.

Ability to identify risks, prioritize emergencies, and propose solutions.

Ease in cross-functional coordination and project monitoring.

Mastery of an ERP, ideally SAP.

Rigor, responsiveness, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

What we offer

An annual salary between €44,000 and €50,000 gross, depending on your experience.
