ACTUAL EXPERTS GRANDE DISTRIBUTION Paris is a subsidiary of the Actual group. We are experts in recruiting profiles for food trades. We are looking for a Butcher (M/F) for our clients located in Evreux (27)

As part of the end-of-year holidays, we are recruiting to strengthen our client's teams during this festive period!

YOUR MISSIONS:

• Receive, check and store goods.
• Cut, debone, trim and prepare different meats.
• Carry out butcher preparations (skewers, paupiettes, roasts, marinated meats, etc.).
• Stock shelves and ensure an attractive presentation of products.
• Ensure the quality, freshness and traceability of products.
• Advise and serve customers according to their needs.
• Apply hygiene, food safety (HACCP) and workplace safety rules.
• Clean and maintain equipment, tools and the workstation.
• Participate in stock management and limit losses.
• Respect the brand's procedures and contribute to achieving the department's objectives.
• Technical skills
• Mastery of cutting, deboning and meat preparation techniques.
• Good knowledge of different species, cuts and cooking methods.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Use of butcher equipment (saws, slicers, grinders, knives, etc.).
• Ability to ensure product traceability.
• Knowledge of meat storage and preservation rules.
• Ability to advise customers on products and their preparation.

Job information:

Contract type: Temporary work

Hourly rate: 13€ + Travel allowance

Mobility: As part of your missions, you may be required to work in different stores located in the Eure department (27), depending on business needs.

Profile sought:

• CAP/BEP Butcher or equivalent diploma appreciated.
• Previous experience in traditional butchery or large-scale distribution is an asset.
• Beginners accepted if motivated and trained in the profession.
• Availability to work some weekends and public holidays according to the schedule. Your assets:
