Job offer : Industrial Management Controller (M/F)

Reporting directly to the Management Control Manager and integrated into a human-sized team, you will take financial responsibility for a key regional perimeter of 3 entities. As a true Business Partner, you will work closely with the field and actively support operational management in their decision-making.

Your missions are structured around 3 major axes:

Industrial management control & Performance: You will closely monitor margins and costs of the industrial sites in your perimeter. You will set up precise production indicators, establish cost prices, and implement material yield monitoring.

Analysis & Closings: You will take charge of margin analysis, income statement monitoring, and manage the administration as well as the harmonization of inventory processes between the different sites in your perimeter.

Cross-functional coordination & Field proximity: Based in Houdan (78), you will collaborate daily in a cross-functional manner with the various departments of the Finance Department (accounting, invoicing, treasury, audit). You will ensure regular travel (weekly in the Île-de-France region and monthly in the South-West) to remain at the heart of operations.

To thrive in this position, you need:

Sector expertise: Experience in an industrial environment is essential, ideally acquired in the agri-food sector.

Education & Experience: Holder of a minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) with a specialization in Finance, Management, or Audit, you have at least 5 years of experience in a Management Controller position.

Technical skills: You have perfect mastery of Microsoft Excel. Overall computer proficiency is required to evolve on dedicated industrial ERPs.

Desired qualities: Endowed with an excellent analytical mind, you are recognized for your rigor, autonomy, and responsiveness. You possess a consulting posture, a developed sense of pedagogy, and communication to unite your operational stakeholders around financial issues.
