Job offer : Expert GTA Consultant (M/F)

Your Daily Missions & The Challenges of the Position

On large-scale projects (average duration of 6 months to 1 year) aimed primarily at mid-sized companies (ETI) and Public Markets (from 2,000 to 3,000 employees), you will intervene on highly complex issues (e.g., modeling annualization, managing restaurant vouchers...).

• Framing & Consulting Posture: Lead and facilitate workshops at client sites. You understand their business challenges, frame the need, but also know how to be firm and challenge the client / know how to say "no" when necessary to ensure the project's viability.

• Complex Configuration & Industrialization: Take charge of the most advanced and specific technical configurations at the client's request. You drive the industrialization of solutions.

• Technical Expertise (Build & Run): With a strong RUN culture, you ensure the maintenance and evolution of the solutions. You are the exclusive client interface for the GTA part (no payroll management in this position).

• Referent Role: You become the technical pillar of the team, supervise practices, and support the overall skill development within your scope.

Occasional travel to client sites is to be expected.

Your technical background & experience

• You have proven experience with TEAMS RH or ideally master solutions recognized for their complexity in GTA
• You have a solid technical culture, you are capable of understanding, touching, or even developing code (mastery of JavaScript is a real plus).

Your soft skills

• You are very "project-oriented", autonomous, and rigorous.

• You are accustomed to complex environments (the industrial sector or highly regulated structures where GTA is a puzzle).

• You know how to assist the client during the acceptance phase with pedagogy and leadership.

Conditions & Benefits

• Attractive salary package: Fixed between 50k€ and 55k€ depending on experience.
