The role
Reporting to the Gallery Managers, your missions, should you choose to accept them, will be as follows
- Welcome customers, provide correct and clear information with a high-quality level of service
- Offer an exceptional and luxurious sales experience
- Provide excellent service by following up with each customer on delivery stages, administrative tasks, and feedback on their gallery experience
- Achieve sales targets set by Management
- Be comfortable with selling high-value works of art
- Customer Relationship Management, building strong relationships with high-end clientele profiles
- Commercial and administrative follow-up inherent to the Gallery's activity
- Support the internal organization of the Gallery – Light art handling might be required
- Actively participate in event planning in collaboration with the Marketing department
- Support the daily maintenance of the Gallery
Turnover and number of sales achieved
The profile we're looking for
Coming from the premium or luxury sales world (watchmaking, jewelry, high-end decoration, etc.), you know how to create a sales experience based on emotion, while mastering high-value-added sales techniques. Sensitive to aesthetics and endowed with a real creative flair, you enjoy developing a privileged and personalized relationship with a demanding clientele.
