Are you recognized for your sense of service and your interpersonal skills? Join our team as an Online Banking Advisor (m/f) in Fontenay-sous-Bois.

As part of a full-time temporary contract (35 hours per week) starting on November 23, 2026, with a gross annual salary of €24,000, you will play a key role in our customer relations.

Your main missions

Reception and advice: You ensure high-quality support for online customers to meet their needs with adapted solutions. You qualify requests, manage call flows, and ensure transfers to the relevant departments if necessary.

Commercial development: You develop customer contacts and actively promote appointment scheduling with a view to selling banking products.

Administrative management and improvement: You ensure that customer and prospect information is updated. You also participate in the improvement of our services by identifying malfunctions and proposing areas for improvement to your coach.

Evolution: You are an actor in your own skills development by using the training tools made available to you to develop your professional knowledge.

The profile we're looking for

To excel as an Online Banking Advisor (m/f), you ideally have a Level III qualification (Bac +2

BTS, DUT or equivalent) and can justify a successful first experience of 1 to 2 years in the banking sector or customer relations.

We are looking for a profile with an excellent sense of service and marked interpersonal skills, capable of advising our clientele with professionalism and kindness. Your mastery of digital tools and your rigor will be decisive assets to support our clients in managing their projects remotely.

Your ability to listen, analyze needs, and propose adapted solutions will allow you to actively contribute to the satisfaction of our members.
