Job offer : HVAC Site Manager (M/F)

We are looking for our client, a recognized player in climate engineering, an HVAC Site Manager (M/F) to work on new construction and renovation projects in the Drôme region.

The position is exclusively focused on HVAC works.

You will mainly work on tertiary sector sites: offices, educational institutions, hospitals, as well as occasionally on industrial projects.

As the true manager of your operations, you will ensure the complete management of your sites, from their preparation to their handover, in collaboration with a Project Manager dedicated to technical studies.

Your main missions

Prepare, organize and monitor sites from A to Z; Participate in launch and site monitoring meetings; Plan and coordinate the various interventions; Manage field teams and mainly subcontractors; Manage material orders and supplies; Monitor the progress of work and ensure compliance with deadlines; Ensure the quality and technical compliance of the work; Ensure the financial monitoring of operations; Be the privileged contact for the client in the field; Ensure compliance with safety rules and support operations until their handover.

You are responsible for the technical, financial and organizational success of your sites, with a high degree of autonomy in your daily work.

You have significant experience in HVAC site management and are capable of taking charge of your operations with complete autonomy.

Beyond your training, it is above all your mastery of the field and HVAC works that will make the difference.

You know how to organize a site, coordinate several stakeholders, manage subcontractors, anticipate material needs and manage any unforeseen events encountered in the field.

You are also comfortable in relationships with clients and the various stakeholders of a site.

Rigorous, autonomous and organized, you are recognized for your ability to make decisions and move your operations forward. A leader and teacher, you know how to unite teams and enforce quality, safety and deadline requirements.

You master the computer tools necessary for monitoring your sites.
