Job title: Line operator (m/f)

We are looking for a passionate operator/setter to join our team in Domont (95330 FR). Your main mission will be to ensure the proper technical functioning of the machines, while strictly respecting production and quality rules.

Your responsibilities will include

Performing settings and production start-ups during launches or production changes.

Ensuring the supply of raw materials and carrying out cleaning and maintenance operations.

Diagnosing and intervening in the event of a breakdown.

Profile sought

You hold a vocational high school diploma (BAC PRO) in MAI, MSMA, PSPA, Electrotechnics or a BTS MAI level with significant experience of at least 3 years. Versatile and responsive, you quickly understand the requirements of production processes. Experience in line operation (cardboard, printing, food industry) is desired, as well as knowledge of EMMECI 92 and 94.

Employment terms

This position is a permanent contract (CDI) with 2x8 shift work.

Remuneration: To be determined according to profile and skills.

• Strong expertise in managing production operations
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Mastery of safety standards is essential to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• In-depth knowledge of preventive maintenance processes
• Experience in using automated equipment
• Ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve production line malfunctions.

A good communicator, you know how to work in a team. You are able to train and supervise other team members.
