Job offer : Loader Operator (M/F)
ACTUAL Inside Longué - Doué
The role
Do you like agricultural construction machinery, field work, and days that are never the same? Are you looking for a human-sized company where your know-how is recognized and valued? Then this opportunity is for you!
ACTUAL is looking for its client, a French leader in the production of Paris mushrooms, for a Loader Operator (M/F) to strengthen its teams.
At the heart of mushroom cultivation is an essential step: compost manufacturing.
The Composting Plant, and more specifically the FORMES department, transforms natural raw materials through fermentation to create a substrate perfectly adapted to mushroom development. This key step in the production cycle requires technical skill, rigor, and expertise.
Every day, our machine operators, line operators, and workers contribute directly to the quality of our crops and the performance of our industry.
Your missions
At the heart of the activity, you will be in charge of
- Driving and maneuvering the loader safely.
- Performing daily checks of the machine and reporting any anomalies.
- Supplying the lines with raw materials to avoid any production stoppage.
- Regular cleaning of equipment and first-level maintenance of the machines.
- Ensuring compliance with safety instructions and internal procedures.
